Calling for a PPC Specialist to join our client's growing digital marketing team. Are you ready to develop your paid media career in a fast-paced, forward-thinking agency? Our client is looking for a PPC Specialist who is eager to learn, commercially aware, and excited to grow within an agency environment. This role is suitable for a PPC professional at an early to mid-stage of their career, depending on experience. You'll play an important role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, working closely with clients and the wider team. You'll report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and be supported in developing both your technical and strategic skill set.
The role is hybrid, based in our client's King's Lynn office, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home per week, available following the successful completion of your probation period.
Your profile:
- You are a motivated PPC professional with at least 1 year of commercial experience, looking to build your career within a growing, entrepreneurial agency.
- You enjoy working with data, testing ideas, and improving performance, and you take pride in delivering high-quality work.
- You have experience supporting or managing PPC campaigns and are confident in taking tasks from brief through to execution, with guidance where required.
- You're comfortable writing persuasive ad copy, analysing results, and making data-led recommendations.
- You're organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating as part of a team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Build, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta.
- Support the deployment and management of PPC budgets across multiple clients and campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience targeting, and ongoing optimisation.
- Write engaging, platform-compliant ad copy focused on driving conversions.
- Assist with the setup and monitoring of conversion tracking and campaign performance.
- Carry out structured testing and experiments to improve results and ROI.
- Analyse campaign data and contribute to performance reports and insights.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to solve challenges and identify opportunities.
- Ensure campaigns align with wider marketing strategies and client objectives.
Skills/experience required:
- 1+ year of hands-on PPC experience, with agency experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of paid platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience researching, planning, launching, and optimising PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting.
- Understanding of conversion tracking; experience with Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
- Confidence writing PPC ad copy, headlines, and calls-to-action.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
