- Extensive governance, compliance or assurance leadership experience.
- Experience operating within asset-intensive and regulated environments.
- Experience developing assurance frameworks.
- Experience conducting maturity assessments and audits.

- Experience leading ISO management system audits.
- Regulatory compliance experience.
- Board governance experience.
