Occupational Health Nurse Advisor JOB LOCATION: BRISTOL SECURITY: SC (Can Start on BPSS) DURATION: 12+ Months (Extendable) TYPE: Contract (FULLTIME or PART TIME) PAY RATE: ยฃ40 /hr on Umbrella Inside IR35 WORK PATTERN โ€“ UPLIFT? (FLEX/SHIFTS/WEEKENDS) Mon โ€“ Fri core hours 9 โ€“ 4 but there is some flex on this (Full time could accommodate 2 days WFH depending on work โ€“ not garenteed) Also open to part time would have to be 3 days min (onsite only) Essential QUALIFICATIONS RGN NMC registered OH experience Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Advisor (Fulltime OR Part time) The role is Full Time, will consider part time but with a minimum 3 days (22 hours per week โ€“ days of the week Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday). Description/Job Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen in a pro-active occupational health team for an experienced adaptable OH Nurse who also likes the challenge of multi-tasking and is great working with new developing practices and systems. The role will support the team in delivering a best practice health & wellbeing, health risk management (OH) service to employees. What are we looking for? * An NMC Registered general Nurse โ€“ Essential * Experienced OH Nursing setting โ€“ Essential * Occupational Health Specialist Practitioner (SCPHN) with qualification (part 3) * Phlebotomy skills โ€“ desirable โ€“ willing to have training * Experienced in Spirometry and audiometry (formally trained- essential) * Travel health experience โ€“ desirable * ECG skills โ€“ desirable โ€“ training can be given * Passionate about health & wellbeing * A self-starter โ€“ to succeed in this role, you need to be proactive, organised and able to multi-task well * Excellent IT skills and ability to use OH data management system
