Job Opportunity: International IT Service Lead (Poland) About the Role We are seeking an International IT Service Lead to act as the primary UK point of contact for workplace and infrastructure services in Poland. This role ensures the smooth delivery of IT services, supporting a modern, effective, and collaborative working environment across our international footprint. You will work closely with local teams in Poland, UK service teams, and project groups to deliver agile IT services, ensure service assurance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Act as the service lead for IT workplace and infrastructure services in Poland. * Support international service management activities in coordination with the UK-based team. * Collaborate with local and UK teams to identify, define, and deliver IT service requirements. * Oversee incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels. * Use ITSM tools to raise, track, and manage requests and incidents for international users. * Contribute to new service design and support service implementation for Poland-based operations. * Partner with procurement teams to define, source, and deliver hardware/software requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear, effective communication. * Identify opportunities for service improvements, delivering more agile and cost-efficient outcomes. * Provide guidance on specialist IT requirements (e.g., videoconferencing, desktops, trial systems). * Liaise with Facilities, Security, and other departments to ensure continuity of IT services. * Support business areas with IT guidance, particularly in areas such as security and cryptography. What We’re Looking For * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. * Proven ability to evaluate IT requirements and translate them into practical service solutions. * Broad knowledge of IT technologies and front-office services. * Experience with IT service delivery, ideally with ITIL knowledge or certification. * Demonstrated ability to deliver high levels of customer service. * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across international teams. * Understanding of ITSM processes and tools. * Willingness and flexibility to travel to Poland and other international locations at short notice.
