Working within the Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering cutting-edge UX design across mobile, web, and software solutions. You will also be working directly with the Client Service Director to deliver innovative ideas, pitch concepts, and presentations.

Required skills and experience:

  • Ideally, you should have worked on UX projects designing small-screen to large-screen solutions.
  • Experience working on UX; previous experience as a Business Analyst would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work within an Agile team and have experience of delivering projects using Scrum Agile.
  • Strong knowledge of clickable wireframe prototypes that scale and work on mobile and desktops.
  • Experience in writing 'test scripts' and overseeing the end-user testing process, including the write-up of findings within a testing lab environment.
  • Experience with building solutions that work within CMS systems and/or use Messaging platforms like Chatbots.
  • It would be beneficial if you have a fair amount of technical experience in mobile app builds and a good understanding of the limitations around building using Xamarin.
