Daily tasks include:
- Sourcing candidates for your clients through head-hunting, networking, advertising and use of the company’s database.
- Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
- Sourcing new roles and client meetings.
- Dealing with general queries.
Full training for this role will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates with:
- Excellent communication and research skills.
- Target driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment.
- Ability to manage own workload.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office programmes and outlook.
- Be of smart appearance with a mature attitude.
- Ideally previous sales experience.
