About the Role

Endeavour Primary School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Hub team working across both of our campuses. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring every pupil can access learning, achieve their potential, and feel a strong sense of belonging within our school community. Working closely with the SENCo, teachers, and wider Inclusion Hub team, you will play a key role in implementing high‑quality provision, monitoring progress, and advocating for vulnerable pupil groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the effective implementation of EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) and SEN provision across the school
  • Work with teachers and LSAs to adapt learning and ensure accessibility for all pupils
  • Monitor, record, and evaluate provision and interventions to ensure impact
  • Lead or support targeted interventions and provision for identified vulnerable groups
  • Liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies where appropriate
  • Attend annual reviews and contribute to pupil progress discussions
  • Support transitions between classes, year groups, and onward settings
  • Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing for all pupils
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team approach within the Inclusion Hub
