The Investor Relations Analyst will support the development and communication of Endeavour’s strategy to the investment and sell-side community. This role combines financial analysis, strategic communication, and investor engagement, with direct exposure to senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the Company’s strategy and its equity story.

Through this role, the candidate will gain extensive knowledge of the business, the investment case, and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders within the Group. This will support the IR analyst’s development, leading to increased engagement with external stakeholders including credit analysts, equity research analysts, retail investors, and eventually institutional investors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Support the development and refinement of a clear and consistent equity story aligned with Endeavour’s strategy.
  • Translate operational and financial performance into compelling, market-relevant narratives for investors and analysts.
  • Draft and coordinate the distribution of press releases, investor presentations, and quarterly reporting materials.
  • Support preparation of regulatory disclosures (RNS, SEDAR+, etc.), ensuring accuracy and consistency, with a focus on clear communication of performance and strategic priorities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with 18 equity research analysts and support consensus tracking, model analysis, and rating recommendations.
  • Analyse sell-side models and market expectations, identifying and understanding key variances.
  • Engage with credit analysts, rating agencies, and fixed income investors to support a robust credit narrative.
  • Track shareholder register movements, trading activity, and investor feedback to support investor targeting and engagement strategy.
  • Respond to investor and analyst inquiries in a detailed, accurate, and timely manner.
  • Monitor investor feedback, analyst commentary, and market sentiment to refine strategy and market positioning.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and benchmarking for Endeavour and its peers.
  • Perform valuation analysis, peer benchmarking, and relative positioning assessments.
  • Translate financial analysis into clear insights to support strategic positioning and decision making.
  • Plan and support investor engagement activities including results calls, investor days, roadshows, conferences, and site visits.
  • Prepare briefing materials and strategic messaging for senior management.
  • Support the development and execution of the Company’s retail investor engagement programme.
  • Assist in managing digital communications including website, social media, and Bloomberg.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience: +3 years of experience in mining, mining finance or IR or BD – but mining finance experience. Mining experience, either financial or technical.

Skills: Strong financial modelling and valuation capability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness and strong interest in capital markets. Highly motivated with a desire to build a career in investor relations at Endeavour.

Travel: 25% travel requirements.

Qualifications: Mining engineering, metallurgy, geology degree or finance or finance related degree at least bachelor’s or equivalent.

Languages: English language required. French is a plus.
