Endeavour’s Pact group has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join the team, working directly with Pact Graphite, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure, and focusing on gaining traction with novel technologies from Pilot to Commercial scale. Because of our dedication to efficiency and maintaining smooth operations, Pact is highly selective about the people we bring on board—our work depends on it. Therefore, the Business Development Manager must be agile and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person should be professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work equally as well independently as with a team. We’re seeking ultra‑creatives and superstar performers with a sense of humility and a hunger to make a positive impact on the world.
Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Develop strong relationships with key value chain partners, developing new customers through networking and outreach efforts.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and identifying key players that align with company goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to business growth.
- Share feedback with the organization from customers or value chain partners to help improve our product offerings.
- Maintain CRM to focus on the funnel development of opportunities that match the scale‑up volumes and future growth objectives.
- Experience with securing commercial contracts, working with clients for a win‑win.
Skills & Requirements
Education / Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Broad contacts in the industrial arena with a strong bias in carbon product suppliers, users, and specifications.
- Self‑motivated, self‑starting, results‑driven.
- Market research expertise, experience with assembling information into consolidated views.
Specific Skills / Abilities
- Experience with Voice of Customer interviewing is beneficial.
- Experience with CRM software and funnel management.
- Experience working with value chain partners, as well as alternative business model experience, is beneficial.
- Working experience with products and specifications that meet industry needs and market penetration strategies for various products.
