We are seeking ambitious, self‑motivated graduates to join our expanding Business Applications (Customer Engagement) team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high‑quality solutions within an Agile development environment, using the latest Microsoft technologies. You will gain hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle with clear opportunities for progression, certification, and skills development.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Graduate Dynamics 365 Developer, you will contribute to the design, configuration, and development of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider Power Platform. The role is technical in nature, with opportunities to build functional consulting skills through client interaction, requirement gathering, and solution design. You will work as part of a collaborative Agile delivery team, contributing to user stories, technical components, documentation, and ongoing enhancements for client solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participating in technical analysis, solution design, user experience design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Building and configuring Power Apps (Model‑driven and Canvas), Power Automate flows, Dataverse schema, business rules, and security roles.
- Supporting Agile practices including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Ensuring adherence to change control processes and solution governance.
- Creating and maintaining clear and structured documentation.
- Engaging with end‑users to provide training, demonstrations, and ongoing support.

REQUIREMENTS - ESSENTIAL
Essential requirements for this position are as follows:
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills with the ability to accurately estimate time to complete tasks;
- Strong interest in new technologies and concepts with the ability to pick them up quickly and apply them;
- Desire to achieve Microsoft Professional qualifications through continual learning;
- Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
- A positive "can do" attitude; and
- Bachelor (Hons) degree in a business or computing related degree OR a clear and proven track record of success with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Applications (Customer Engagement).
REQUIREMENTS - DESIRED
The following desired requirements would also be advantageous:
- Microsoft Certified Professional (preferably with awards in the last 2 years);
- Experience of Agile methodologies;
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Microsoft SharePoint;
- Experience gathering client requirements; and
- Experience in solution reviews.
