About the Role

As one of our Fulfilment Managers, you’ll play an integral role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a driven people leader who has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about inventory management and stock control. This role provides critical operational exposure across the business and the opportunity to kick start a career adventure with Dan Murphy’s.

The SALARY: From $74,000 + Superannuation

The ROLE:

  • Help build a culture that is centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement.
  • Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to store team to inspire them to continuously improve.
  • Elevate your team through regular coaching and mentoring and empower them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to achieve maximum revenue growth.
  • Create an environment that enables the team to come as they are, because you know that diversity is the magic that makes good culture.
