Parts Advisors - Hyundai Ipswich & Hyundai Colchester
£30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
We are one of the UK's fastest-growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Alpine, Geely, Omoda, Jaecoo, Lotus and Polestar brands across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and Essex. We are currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisors to join our growing Hyundai Ipswich & Hyundai Colchester teams.
What you will do:
Our Parts Advisor will play a key role in the smooth and efficient running of our parts department, ensuring that customers, technicians and colleagues receive an excellent level of service. You will be responsible for identifying and supplying the correct parts, managing orders and stock, liaising with suppliers and supporting the workshop to ensure parts are available when needed.
You will build positive relationships with both internal and external customers, provide accurate parts advice and ensure all enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently. Working as part of a busy dealership team, you will help maintain stock availability, support workshop productivity and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Who you are:
The Parts Advisor we are looking for will be organised, proactive and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service. You will be a team player who can manage competing priorities in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
To be successful in this role, you will have good communication skills, a methodical approach and the ability to build effective working relationships with customers, suppliers, the workshop and the wider dealership team. You will take pride in your work and understand the importance of supplying the right parts at the right time.
For this role, you should have the following:
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar role
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
- Good IT skills and the confidence to use dealership systems and parts catalogues.
- A team-focused approach, with the ability to build positive relationships across the business.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop your product knowledge.
