Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, LEVC, INEOS Lotus and Polestar across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Volvo Slough team.

What you will do:

  • Our Sales Executive will be responsible for all aspects of sales to our customers, including finance, insurance, warranties, and any other additional products.
  • Our Sales Executives will act as Endeavour’s front brand advocates, therefore will support our mission by using their creativity and drive to assist in the development of memorable experiences and a consistent level of excellent customer service.

  • The Sales Executive we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer-centric, creative, and results-driven environment.
  • They will lead by example with consistently high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations.

For this role, you must have the following:

  • At least 1 year’s sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
