We are currently looking for engaging and highly motivated Sales Executives to join our team.

What you’ll do

We need a team of high motivated sales professionals to work in a newly established Used Car business. You will undoubtedly have automotive sales experience with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction. You will provide the best possible service for the customer while ensuring that your set sales targets are achieved by following the required compliance and sales processes at all times. This is a very exciting opportunity as the site in the future will also expand to include a full franchise offering too.

As a person, you are curious, creative, and enthusiastic. You can demonstrate a strong sales background in automotive and have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of customers. You can follow instruction and are target driven. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen. You will be a team player and enjoy working in a small closely knit team.

Your experience

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the industry. For this role you must have the following: –

  • More than 1 year\’s experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
  • Ideally specific used car experience
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards and sales process training.
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
