We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Senior Service Advisor to join our team in Volvo Romford.
What you will do:
- Manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
- Aim to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience and deliver the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom.

For this role you must have the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
