Endeavour Automotive are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing global brands such as Volvo, Hyundai, Alpine, Lotus, Polestar, Omoda and Jaecoo across dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our Volvo Letchworth team.
What you will do:
- Manage all customer enquiries by telephone and in person and successfully convert these into firm bookings.
- Aim to maximise service sales and profitability through selling core, value-added and incremental products.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience and deliver the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat customers.
