We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join our team at our Volvo dealership in North West London.
What you’ll do:
- The Transaction Manager is an integral part of the sales team; facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers.
- You will be adept at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.
- Through exemplary customer service and attention to detail, you will retain loyal customers whilst attracting new customers to the business.
- You will also offer support and guidance to all members of the Sales team.

For this role you must have the following:
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry.
- Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
