We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Service Administrator to join our team at our Volvo, North West London dealership.
What you will do:
This is a newly created role, and we are looking for a Service Administrator to manage job card preparation, service customer pre appointment calls, and also post appointment calls, booking in customers and invoicing. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom and positively contributing to our customer satisfaction scores.

The Service Administrator we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric, creative, and a results' driven environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations. They will also be logical, methodical, and innovative in their approach whilst using their energy and charisma to maintain a trusting and productive environment.
To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand, their dedication to design, and their commitment to performance. For this role you must have the following: -
- At least 2 years' customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills at all levels and an excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
