Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (45 hours per week).

We are currently seeking out a highly motivated Car Park Attendant to join our team at our Volvo, North West London dealership.
What you will do: This is a newly created role, and we are looking for an organised car park attendant to pro-actively manage the flow of vehicles in our dealership. We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional customer service experience and this role is central to delivering that; delivering the highest levels of customer service to ensure customer loyalty and repeat custom and positively contributing to our customer satisfaction scores.
Who you are: The Car Park Attendant we are looking for will be a team player who thrives in a customer centric environment. They will lead by example with consistent high standards towards customer service whilst maintaining composure in challenging situations.
Duties will include:
- Moving vehicles around site
- Greeting customers and ensuring they have somewhere to park when they arrive on site
- Ensuring that every customer gets a cheerful welcome
For this role you must have the following:
- Full clean driving license
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- An excellent understanding of how to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Salary: £30,000
