We are one of the UK's fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus, Omoda and Jaecoo brands across 22 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Parts Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • The Parts Manager will lead a team of Parts Advisors based in our Hyundai Colchester dealership.
  • The purpose of the role is to monitor and control resources and assets consistently with the dealership's profit requirements, while maintaining and improving customer relations.
  • Maximise departmental profitability through the sale of parts, accessories and other value‐added products and services.
  • As a customer‐focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations.
  • You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.

Your experience:

  • To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Hyundai brand.
  • More than 2 years of experience as a Parts supervisor/Manager in the automotive industry with demonstrable experience of leadership and management.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices.
  • Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
