What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for the lifecycle of a project from project kickoff to commercial launch, including planning, execution, and testing.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Work with external and internal stakeholders to define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Create project plans and timelines, monitor progress, and identify critical milestones and dependencies.
  • Maintain a consistent approach to oversight and performance reporting of projects.
  • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them using RAIDS.
  • Track and oversee the delivery of Change Requests (CRs).
  • Ensure that the project meets or exceeds quality standards by developing quality control plans and monitoring project deliverables.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team in identifying & documenting project processes and outputs.
  • Provide regular performance reports on live projects to senior management.
  • Work closely with colleagues across teams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded in key processes.
  • Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and propose operational improvements or cost savings for future projects.

You Have These:

  • Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP, etc.).
  • 5+ years experience in managing projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects at any one time.
  • Comfortable using standard planning and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading and managing large, complex projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum approaches.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage work effectively at an operational level.
  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to work independently, use initiative, and remain flexible and adaptable.
  • Confident decision-making skills for both strategic and operational scenarios.

Desired/Preferred:

  • Previous experience in the technology or OTT sector.
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • Self-starter with a strong background in project planning.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
