About the Frieze Production Department:
The team manages physical elements of the fairs, ensuring safety, timeliness, and success. It consists of two sub-teams led by respective Heads: Exhibitor Production and Fair Production. Each fair has a Production Manager responsible for all production elements and coordination with departments. The Exhibitor Production team mainly works on US fairs, handling stand-building and logistics internally. Frieze FRAME is a new department acting as an in-house production agency for sponsor activations, working closely with the production teams.
This role is within the Fair Production team, reporting to the Partnerships Production Manager, and is responsible for coordinating and administering partner activations across all five fairs, supporting the delivery of onsite activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Manage Partnerships Production timelines.
- Maintain and update the online Sponsor Production Manual.
- Liaise with the Partnerships team for information.
- Support the Partnerships Production Manager with deadlines, submissions, and scheduling.
- Maintain sponsor production files and records.
- Provide administrative support for sponsor production activities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining project tracking practices.
Please Note:
- Overseas travel may be required for up to two weeks to the US or South Korea, depending on show requirements.
- Extended hours may be necessary to meet deadlines and on-site.
Knowledge & Experience:
Mandatory:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, ideally in events or arts.
- Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
- Experience working with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Desirable:
- Health & Safety qualifications or experience.
- Experience with art fairs or large-scale public events.
- Health & Safety experience outside the UK.
- Clean Driving License.
- Experience with multiple contractors.
