Radiology Technologist ICC – Urgent Care/Immediate Care- Days

Position Highlights

  • Position: Radiology Technologist ICC
  • Location: 71 Waukegan Road – Lake Bluff
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time
  • Hours: M-F 9am-7pm (4 10s) and rotating weekends S-S 8a – 5- No call, no holidays
  • Required Travel: nearby ICC sites- local

What You Will Do

  • Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
  • Perform radiographic exams
  • This role with have dual responsibilities within MA/phlebotomy work and training will be provided
  • Review radiographs to ensure optimum quality
  • Complete and submit information and images to RIS in a timely manner

What You Will Need

  • License: IEMA licensing required
  • Education: Certificate or Associate’s degree from an accredited radiology program
  • Certification: CPR certification required. ARRT registry eligible required within 1 year of employment
  • Experience: Previous radiology experience preferred
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
