Position Highlights

  • Location: 2695 Forgue Dr, Naperville, IL 60564
  • Full‑time, 40 hours weekly
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre‑registrations, registrations, and order management.
  • Collect, analyse, and record demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data from multiple sources.
  • Obtain other information and signatures necessary for these processes.
  • Screen for third‑party eligibility and enter medical necessity coding to ensure accurate payment.
  • Ensure the needs of patients and their families are met.
  • Explain the hospital’s revenue cycle expectations and resolve personal liabilities through various payment options.
  • Verify benefits with third‑party payers and fulfil pre‑certification requirements.
  • Coordinate with physician offices on financial, coding, and surgical scheduling processes.
  • Manage insurance benefits while ensuring compliance with payer requirements and correct registration.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one year experience obtaining authorisation, verifying insurance benefits, and knowledge of workers’ compensation.
  • Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology, and anatomy.
  • Strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingual skills preferred.
