The predicted salary is between 13 - 19 £ per hour.
Hourly Pay Range: $19.89 - $28.84 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Lincolnshire, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
- Hours: Monday- Friday between 7:00AM and 7:00PM, with will be required to work between 2 and 3 weekends a quarter. These shifts are between 7:00AM and 5:00PM and you will receive a day off during the week as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Collect co-payments
- Complete patient registration
- Provide other administrative support to the physician practice
- Check in and check out patients
- Verify insurances
- Greet patients and escort them to exam room
- Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for office visit
- Provide front office support as needed
- Perform basic vitals like BP, height and weight
- Phlebotomy and injections may be required
What You Will Need:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program is preferred, but not required.
- Certification: CPR certification through the American Heart Association required; Medical Assistant Certification (AMT or AAMA) is preferred, but not required.
- Experience: One year of work experience required, previous experience working in a medical office (or related field) is preferred. On the job training is provided for those who do not have previous medical assistant training or experience.
