Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief of Staff (CoS) across the Engagement Team. We are looking for an experienced EA to act as a strategic partner, managing complex diaries, high-level communications, and supporting key business projects, often bridging the gap between executives and operations. This role requires 3–5+ years of experience, exceptional discretion, and advanced technical proficiency to drive efficiency in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Support: Act as a gatekeeper and strategic partner to the Chief Engagement Officer and CoS, handling complex scheduling, prioritisation, inbox management, travel booking and expenses handling.
- Operational Projects: Oversee or assist with business-wide projects, tracking action items, and ensuring deadlines are met across departments.
- Communications & Meetings: Draft correspondence, prepare board-level briefing papers, and attend meetings to take minutes and follow up on actions.
- Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the CoS, senior stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining high professionalism.
- Information Management: Handle sensitive, confidential data with absolute discretion and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in a senior PA, EA, or administrative role supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and project management/collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams, Monday.com).
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, organized, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure.
- Sector: Ideally with a background in large corporate environments.
- Location: Full time, 5 days a week based in the London office.
- Flexibility: May require working outside standard office hours or travel.
