We are looking for a Product Manager for Integration & Data to lead the delivery, evolution, and lifecycle management of Endava’s Data and Integration Platforms.
You will be the execution engine behind our Data and Integration strategy, converting architectural vision into production-ready data and integration platforms, shared services and domain data products that deliver measurable business value, enable interoperability between systems, and comply with governance and security standards.
Responsibilities- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team to design and evolve the Data and Integration strategies into actionable roadmaps, backlog, and execution plans.
- Lead the delivery of Data and Integration platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with architecture, enterprise governance, and business priorities.
- Represent the Data & Integration Domain in Internal Tech planning, prioritisation, and decision forums, advocating for data, analytics, and integration needs.
- Platform & Product Delivery
- Own and manage an internal portfolio of data products and shared services — including integration pipelines, analytics datasets, reporting layers, and APIs.
- Lead the Integration domain, ensuring consistent interoperability, reliability, and performance across systems.
- Drive scalable, automated, observable delivery of services, promoting engineering best practices.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, quality, and compliance standards while delivering maximum business value.
- Financial & Resource Leadership
- Own the Data & Integration Domain’s delivery budget, ensuring investments are transparent and tightly linked to value metrics.
- Design and run an optimized team operating model, ensuring the right structures, capacity, and skills are in place.
- Lead the Data and Integration teams.
- Define and track OKRs, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure progress, maturity, and impact.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison for Data & Integration delivery across Internal Tech and business units.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on priorities, deliverables, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Provide clear, timely updates on status, risks, dependencies, and blockers through governance forums and executive reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Infrastructure, Legal, Architecture, Operations and other cross-functional teams.
- Governance & Delivery Excellence
- Own and evolve the Data & Integration delivery roadmap(s), using value-based prioritisation.
- Establish and embed agile, product-centric delivery frameworks, promoting continuous improvement.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, technical debt, and optimization opportunities across the data ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in data, analytics, or integration domains.
- Strong track record of delivering data platforms or data product portfolios in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
- Deep understanding of modern data architectures (e.g. lakehouse, medallion, API-driven) and integration patterns (API, ESB, event-driven, ETL/ELT).
- Solid grounding in data governance, lineage, quality frameworks, and compliance.
- Experience in agile product delivery, value stream mapping, and roadmap planning.
- Strategic and results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Purview, SnapLogic, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Previous exposure to enterprise-scale integration and pipeline platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, business, and governance domains.
