The Pipeline & Forecasting Lead will own forecast governance, pipeline discipline, and operational forecasting cadence across the Growth organization. This role is responsible for improving forecast accuracy, ensuring pipeline integrity, and driving consistency in how opportunities are managed, reviewed, and reported. This individual will partner closely with Sales and Client Partner teams to facilitate a disciplined operating rhythm focused on pipeline health, forecast reliability, and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities- Own and facilitate weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence
- Monitor and improve pipeline hygiene, including:
- Past close dates
- Stage accuracy
- Opportunity aging
- Push/slip activity
- Missing next steps or ownership
- Drive forecast accuracy through consistent inspection and challenge of pipeline assumptions
- Partner with Sales & Client Partner teams to identify risks, gaps, and areas requiring escalation
- Develop standardized forecasting processes, governance, and reporting
- Track and analyze forecast performance and forecast accuracy trends
- Work closely with CRM and analytics teams to improve visibility into pipeline health and deal progression
- Support implementation of forecast categories, probability models, and pipeline governance standards
- Help reinforce adoption of standardized sales stages and operational processes
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Forecasting, Revenue Operations, or Pipeline Management
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline analytics
- Experience facilitating forecast reviews and executive reporting
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
- Comfortable challenging assumptions and driving accountability
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Strong operational rigor and organizational skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales leadership
- Able to balance diplomacy with accountability
- Passionate about data quality, forecasting, and operational excellence
