This is a strategically pivotal role for Endava and our future growth strategy. As our Partnership Engagement Specialist, you will play a leading role in helping us to design and execute intelligent and highly personalised engagements across Alliances and client partnerships. Working alongside our technical, data and insights teams, you will be our architect of intelligent engagement, proactively recommending next best actions and engagements for our partner and client teams.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalise our engagement strategy against targets: Leading across our global scorecard of success measures, with gated milestones to ensure we're 'on‐track' to achieve all critical milestones – commercially for clients, alliances and Endeavour ecosystem – offering program and partnership support where needed to help our teams scale.
  • Drives innovation and personalised engagements: Enables experimentation with AI and automation, working with technical teams to implement inspired, predictive 'next best actions and engagements across our ecosystem of clients and partners to strengthen our pipeline and win rate.
  • Elevates informed decision making: Reflecting on the data and insights dashboards and intelligence available in Endava, to inform internal business cases for new alliances, marketing investments, and Endeavour scaleup selection.
  • Scaled partnership growth: Play a key role in helping us to automate and scale the operational initiatives that enable us to grow our partnerships, such as managing competencies, client evidence and helping us build robust playbooks that enable us to sell more effectively.

Qualifications

This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and human connection. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of analytical, creative, and people skills. Previous experience for the ideal candidate will include managing large programs of work, leading on data and insights to inform strategic recommendation and efficiently designing new ways to automate and streamline ways of working. Previous roles could be in the form of a data scientist, an expert in neuroscience and human behaviour or an outreach lead focused on audience engagement.

Strategic & Technical Skills

  • Insight driven Alliances and partnerships. Ability to work closely with data and insight teams to extract insight that informs recommendations for our global partnerships and alliances strategy.
  • AI & Automation Fluency: Capable of informing the design of AI and automation models with our internal teams to scale the operations of key engagement teams (Alliances, Endeavour, Propositions etc).
  • Build strong partnerships through trust, accountability, and execution excellence in all that we do.
  • Lead programs for engagement, supporting our expert teams globally in their engagement approaches and strategies.

Soft Skills

  • Design Thinking: Empathy‐driven approach to solving customer, alliance or internal team pain points or challenges.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Working across the entire engagement team (propositions, marcomms, Endeavour, transaction advisory group) through to all commercial teams across Endava. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovation Mindset: Constantly exploring new methods to elevate the effectiveness of our engagement.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience to lead bigger projects.
  • Strong relationship‐management skills in order to lead effectively.
  • Strong and effective communicator.
  • Very strong EQ, with fine‐tuned instincts and problem‐solving skills. Demonstrates sound, consistent, trusted judgment.
  • Comfortable with high volume and very fast‐paced workload; not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to complete more tactical work.
  • Able to switch between strategic and tactical work.
  • Effective team worker and considers success to be delivered through collaboration with and through others across the Endava business.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language. A thorough understanding of the English language and able to competently and confidently conduct oral and written business communications to the highest level.
