This is a strategically pivotal role for Endava and our future growth strategy. Endava is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and commercially astute global alliance manager. One that loves building business plans and driving revenue growth with a diverse portfolio of partners. This is an exciting time to join our expanding team where partnerships are a core part of our DNA. A critical leader in our team, you will own the strategic growth plan and engagement program across circa 5 key partnerships in your portfolio: enabling repeatable growth campaigns, fostering sales engagement and targeted client engagements – delivering circa £25m+ in revenue.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and business functions. You will also have a real passion for engaging and inspiring clients on the art of the possible to help them achieve transformational outcomes. Candidates with distinct proposition development skills and experience would be perfect for this role, crafting interesting ways to differentiate and win. You will join a strong, high-performing global alliances function that shares best practice across our entire partner ecosystem, inspiring one another to achieve commercial goals.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Strategic partnership development and management
- Define and execute global Partner growth strategies aligned to Endava’s industry verticals.
- Identify, prioritise and onboard high-value strategic partners – driving growth across a portfolio of partners to achieve £5m+ in annual revenue per partner.
- Build joint business plans with clear measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
- Establish quarterly growth targets, track influenced revenue, and order book.
- Go-to-Market Execution
- Partner with Industry Managing Directors to embed Commercial Partners into vertical GTM plans.
- Define and launch targeted growth programs focused on priority industries and accounts.
- Develop industry-specific propositions and accelerators leveraging partner technology and Endava capabilities.
- Support strategic bids and pursuits by integrating partner innovation, funding opportunities, and differentiation into client proposals.
- Collaborate with Alliance Marketing to execute joint campaigns, industry events, co-branded thought leadership, client case studies.
- Drive cross-industry collaboration where ecosystem capabilities (e.g., Payments, Platforms, Digital Experience) act as horizontal enablers.
- Enable internal sales teams through battlecards, playbooks, and partner positioning materials.
- Business Growth & Performance
- Proactively lead and manage all growth programs for commercial partners globally, operationally connecting Endava leadership and sales with their counterparts.
- Play an expert role in supporting strategic deals, bringing partner innovation to our client teams and client executives.
- Measure, monitor and drive alliance revenue and order book targets, managing and supporting pipeline growth, reporting to executives.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion across industries and regions.
- Be accountable for end-to-end partner success, through enablement, training certification programs across sales, delivery, CTO and strategic cloud and AI pods.
- Partnering with our global delivery locations will be key for maintaining and enhancing our certifications and competencies.
- Where necessary you will also act as the global point of contact for partner escalations where required.
