We are seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation strategy and execution across all regions.

  • Develop and execute global growth marketing strategies across multiple channels (digital, paid media, ABM, content, events, and nurture programs) with clear ROI forecasting and impact measurement.
  • Lead the full demand generation funnel, aligning marketing campaigns and initiatives with commercial goals to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build and scale a Centre of Excellence capability for campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives while enabling regional field marketing teams to execute consistently and locally.
  • Define target audiences, priority propositions, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Leadership, Global Alliances, and the CTO function.
  • Establish thought leadership positioning for the company through industry events, webinars, speaking engagements, and relevant publications in partnership with Communications and Brand teams.
  • Drive attribution modeling maturity to accurately track originated versus influenced pipeline and provide regular performance analysis to senior leadership.
  • Lead and develop a global team of demand generation and growth marketing professionals, providing strategic guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure world-class performance.
  • Manage and optimize the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and real-time measurement of marketing impact and ROI.
  • Spearhead the adoption of AI-driven marketing tools and emerging technologies to improve execution speed, reduce costs, and drive innovation across all marketing practices.
  • Ensure all demand generation activities comply with data protection regulations, internal governance models, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications

  • Significant years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a global or multi-regional role.
  • Proven expertise in demand generation, growth marketing, and full-funnel marketing strategy across multiple channels (digital, paid media, ABM, content, events).
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing marketing teams in matrix environments across diverse geographic markets and cultural contexts.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and ROI measurement.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on execution capability; ability to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading B2B marketing initiatives targeting C-Suite and enterprise audiences.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Background in technology, software, or professional services industries.
  • Track record of driving both customer acquisition and expansion revenue growth.
