This is a strategically pivotal role for Endava and our future growth strategy. Endava is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and commercially astute global alliance manager. One that loves building business plans and driving revenue growth with a diverse portfolio of partners.

A critical leader in our team, you will own the strategic growth plan and engagement program across circa 5 key partnerships in your portfolio: enabling repeatable growth campaigns, fostering sales engagement and targeted client engagements – delivering circa £25m+ in revenue.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple geographies and business functions. You will also have a real passion for engaging and inspiring clients on the art of the possible to help them achieve transformational outcomes.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Strategic partnership development and management
  • Define and execute global Partner growth strategies aligned to Endava's industry verticals.
  • Identify, prioritise and onboard high-value strategic partners – driving growth across a portfolio of partners to achieve £5m+ in annual revenue per partner.
  • Build joint business plans with clear measurable pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Establish quarterly growth targets, track influenced revenue, and order book.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
    • Partner with Industry Managing Directors to embed Commercial Partners into vertical GTM plans.
    • Define and launch targeted growth programs focused on priority industries and accounts.
    • Develop industry-specific propositions and accelerators leveraging partner technology and Endava capabilities.
    • Support strategic bids and pursuits by integrating partner innovation, funding opportunities, and differentiation into client proposals.
    • Collaborate with Alliance Marketing to execute joint campaigns, industry events, co-branded thought leadership, client case studies.
    • Drive cross-industry collaboration where ecosystem capabilities act as horizontal enablers.
  • Business Growth & Performance
    • Proactively lead and manage all growth programs for commercial partners globally.
    • Play an expert role in supporting strategic deals, bringing partner innovation to our client teams and client executives.
    • Measure, monitor and drive alliance revenue and order book targets.
    • Identify new opportunities for expansion across industries and regions.
    • Be accountable for end-to-end partner success, through enablement, training certification programs across sales, delivery, CTO and strategic cloud and AI pods.
    • Act as the global point of contact for partner escalations where required.
