Endava is seeking a Share Plan Manager to lead governance and the administration of global employee share plans.
You will drive continuous improvement, oversee grants and plan events, and deliver high-quality papers to Executive leadership, the Remuneration Committee and the Board.
This role partners with Finance, Tax, Payroll, Legal and external providers to ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable share plan operations.
