Job Description
A senior commercial operator with deep Financial Services expertise who can shape, win and deliver strategic engagements with CxO clients. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating clarity around where to invest in digital, and building the conviction needed to move programmes forward. You are customer‑launched, growth‑oriented and collaborative by default – working through co‑creation rather than long strategy cycles. You know how to build relationships, open new opportunities and drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver engagements across Growth Realisation, Experience Transformation and Product Validation
- Build trusted senior relationships across banking, payments and wealth clients
- Shape strategic direction and create conviction around investment in digital initiatives
- Work directly with CxO stakeholders to frame growth strategies, operating models and product direction
- Identify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities in key FS accounts
- Collaborate with Endava engineering and AI teams to connect strategy to build
- Contribute to the development of Dava.Y’s Financial Services go‑to‑market and propositions
Qualifications Experience
- 10+ years in Financial Services strategy, transformation or digital product leadership
- Track record leading senior client engagements and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of financial services markets (banking, payments, wealth)
- Experience shaping and landing strategic programmes in complex organisations
Skills & Attributes
- Strong strategic framing and problem‑solving ability
- Able to operate credibly with C‑level and ExCo stakeholders
- Customer‑launched approach with focus on value and commercial impact
- Confident facilitating co‑creation working sessions with client teams
