This role sits within Endava's UK Close to Client delivery unit, a team that brings together several disciplines to provide deep consulting and delivery expertise to assist Endava's largest clients with their key business priorities, drive growth and improve profitability. The Product discipline focuses on all elements of Digital Transformation and Product Design & Development.
- Leading and participating in projects, and building solutions that both define and deliver against our clients business priorities
- Strengthening client relationships and identifying potential follow‑on opportunities
- Partner with peers across industries and disciplines to build best‑class solutions
- Developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and offerings
- Proactively engaging with the Endava network to build trust in yourself and the team, participating in strategic and planning discussions, cultivating pipelines and maintaining billability
The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated, highly energized, detail‑oriented individual who can deliver strategic projects and high impact solutions to clients and build enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 or more years of product design experience with a Bachelor Degree, or less experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) or PhD in a related field.
