The Role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Studio Team for a E-Commerce Womenswear Model. The primary function of the role will be to model e-commerce clothing as part of on-set photography to support the sale of our product online across multiple channels such as on site e-com model shots, social platforms, and homepage content.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Model END. products in alignment with Style Guides and target customer profiles to support the sale of our product online
  • Ability to work flexibly across a range of brands and product types
  • Collaboration with an on-set team, taking direction from Stylists and Photographers as part of shoots
  • Striking appropriate poses in alignment with brand and Style Guides
  • Achieve KPI targets with a focus on reducing Time to Site and Cost per Style and unblocking (or escalating) issues to maximise productivity
  • Ensures team quality and continuous improvement to drive an exceptional customer retail experience
  • Where appropriate, modelling for the Creative team on editorial work working in photographic studios or various locations depending on the needs of the shoot
  • Good grooming and a willingness to look after yourself through diet, sleep and exercise
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude
  • Manage timekeeping effectively and have the patience, stamina and fitness to cope with long periods of standing
