The Role: As a Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing visual presentation strategies in Glasgow and Newcastle while contributing to wider projects within London, Manchester, and Milan. You will work closely with the Head of Visual Merchandising and other VM team members to enhance brand visibility and create engaging shopping experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Leading and training team members on visual merchandising best practices.
- Analyzing sales data to optimize product placement and displays.
- Collaborating with store teams to ensure consistency in visual execution.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess visual standards and provide feedback.
- Developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Ensuring that our products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activities and seasonal trends.
- Creating visually inspiring in‑store and window displays which reflect and maintain END. brand identity.
- Communicating and informing the store team about upcoming activities, campaigns and collaborations.
- Training the store team in product presentation.
- Maximising sell‑through by analysing sales reports, with guidance from Store Management, and taking action accordingly.
- Perform floor moves and window changes in a quick and orderly manner with minimal disruption to trade.
- Be aware of the customer profile, the product potential and commercial strategies of competitors.
- Continuously report to the management team and support them in specific managerial store duties.
- Collate with the HQ Retail Team, Marketing team and Merchandising team to catch guidelines and implementation plans.
- Provide prompt photographic feedback to HQ.
- Check store windows, store maintenance and environment, ensuring that lighting, props and furniture are in excellent condition.
- Monitor competitor visual merchandising trends and propose innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store events, product launches and seasonal campaigns.
- Design layouts and displays that support intuitive customer flow and highlight key product stories.
- Track visual merchandising KPI’s such as dwell time, conversion rates and display effectiveness.
