We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take on our global performance marketing, full funnel strategy and implementation. This pivotal role sits within the performance marketing team but will work closely with the wide marketing online trade teams. You will be at the heart of the transformation, shaping full-funnel performance marketing plans that deliver both ROI and reach. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will assist with the strategy development and execution across Paid Search, Paid Social & Display to accelerate online growth and brand visibility.
What you will be doing:
- Drive performance marketing budget across multiple digital channels - PPC, Paid Social, & Display.
- Lead agency relationships across multiple partners to maximise innovation and ROI.
- Partner closely with trading, CRM, Affiliate, SEO & Trade Marketing teams to align performance marketing with commercial goals.
- Develop, test, and scale strategies across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure campaigns hit traffic, conversion, and ROI targets.
Who we are looking for:
- Deep experience in performance marketing in retail (client or agency side).
- Strong command of attribution models and analytics tools like GA or Adobe Analytics.
- Proven ability to scale digital channels and optimise spend across platforms.
- Commercially sharp with budget ownership experience and a test‐and‐learn mindset.
- Strong communicator and stakeholder manager — confident leading cross‐functional collaboration.
