The Role: The Senior Art Director is a key creative leader responsible for shaping and elevating the brand’s visual identity across campaigns, content and digital experience. The Senior Art Director will drive the image, delivery and continuous improvement of best‑in‑class creative that is at the intersection of fashion, storytelling and culture to create work that is distinctly END. whilst enhancing the customer experience and driving commercial impact.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Creative Vision & Output: Leading the image direction for campaigns, content, digital assets and experiences to ensure quality, consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints. Deliver high quality concept presentations that clearly articulate creative direction.
  • Brand Development & Integrity: Safeguarding the brand’s visual identity, tone and standards across channels through governance and style guide development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Building strong, positive working relationships with key teams to ensure creative output supports business needs, timelines and goals. Work with production to identify and collaborate with the right external collaborators.
  • Project & Resource Planning: Partnering closely with Production and Project Management to plan workloads, allocate resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Creative Performance & Continuous Improvement: Contributing to KPI setting, evaluating creative performance, and championing improvements to raise the quality, efficiency and impact of creative output.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentoring creative team members, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and fostering an environment where people can develop and perform at their best.
  • Customer Experience: Ensuring all creative touchpoints—from campaign imagery to online product storytelling—enhance the customer journey and reinforce our brand positioning.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in art direction within fashion, luxury, retail.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to inspire and translate commercial and brand strategy into compelling creative direction and 360 proposals.
  • Proven experience directing photo and video shoots across fashion, product and editorial content.
  • Strong eye for design, layout and typography and the ability to balance brand and commercial objectives.
  • Broad understanding of how brand, marketing, ecommerce studio, digital and retail functions work together to deliver business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present concepts to senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional discussion.
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite including Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Communicate a compelling creative vision through to execution.
  • Set clear expectations connected to the wider departmental and organisational goals.
  • Drive a high-performance culture, empowering others while holding themselves and the team accountable for results.
  • Lead and advocate for change, ensuring teams understand the rationale, benefits and path forward.
  • Encourage innovation by challenging established thinking and welcoming diverse perspectives.
  • Apply commercial judgement when making creative decisions, understanding business risks and opportunities.
