We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Service Advisor who will provide an exclusive, personalised service to our luxury fashion customers.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers, building relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Support the store team in driving sales and enhancing the company profile.
- Demonstrate exemplary service techniques to uphold service standards.
- Assist with store operations, applying knowledge of services, procedures, product and merchandising standards, and re‑stocking stock following visual merchandising guidelines.
