The Role
As END. continues to grow with the culture, we want to ensure that all END. staff have a great experience at work and continue to contribute to our collective success. We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager. This pivotal role sits within the performance marketing team but will work closely with the wide marketing online trade teams. Reporting into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will work closely with one another owning multi-channel paid acquisition strategies, driving measurable growth across paid search, paid social and affiliate marketing.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across paid search (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), paid social and support with ongoing affiliate management.
- Manage budgets to maximise ROAS, CAC, CPA and meet financial targets.
- Generate and present regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Highly analytical & commercially minded.
- Understanding of measurement, attribution and incrementality.
- Have practical knowledge on tag & data management, including server-side tracking (CAPI, GTM).
- Identify optimisation opportunities through testing, targeting and creative innovation.
- Scale winning creative frameworks across markets quickly and efficiently, reducing time to learnings.
- Continuously monitor creative and platform trends (competitors and beyond) and translate them into actionable test briefs.
- Work closely with in-house teams to deliver a consistent flow of assets.
- Collaborate with in-house teams, including trade marketing, brand marketing, CRM & analytics.
- Experience working with agencies.
Who we’re looking for:
- 4+ Years in a similar Performance Marketing role.
- Proven experience running paid search, paid social & affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta, Analytics and performance platforms.
- Ability to manage and forecast marketing budgets with commercial focus.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data, testing and emerging tech.
