Join Our Team as a Security Officer in London! This landmark development will comprise approximately 1,500 residential units, complemented by commercial spaces and a range of high-quality amenities. Delivered in phases over a 10-year period, the first 300 homes are set for completion within the first year.
Role Details:
- Location: London, E3
- Annual Salary: £30,000
- Hours/Working Pattern: 7pm-7am, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors
- Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns
- Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel
- Logging and maintaining accurate records in the security log
- Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations
- Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored
- Upholding company policies and procedures at all times
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment
- Confident handling of sensitive or confidential information
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures
