Location: Cambridge
Hours: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.15am – 1.15pm
Salary: £16,000 – £17,500 (part time equivalent)

Reporting into our Directors\’ Assistant and National Branch Office Manager, we’re on the lookout for Office Support/Housekeeper to keep our two Cambridge offices gleaming, well-stocked, and ready for action every day.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our offices are always clean, tidy, and stocked with the essentials. From meeting rooms to kitchens, you\’ll help create a welcoming, professional environment that keeps our teams running smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

Setting up and tidying boardrooms, meeting spaces and training rooms

  • Keeping kitchens clean, dishwashers running, and coffee stations filled
  • Ensuring toilets are clean and well-stocked (especially visitor areas)
  • Regular laundry of towels and tea towels
  • Monitoring fridge contents and keeping things fresh
  • Managing stock of milk, tea, coffee, sugar & other kitchen items
  • Replenishing printer paper and monitoring recycling areas
  • Stocktaking and restocking office stationery and cleaning supplies
  • Transporting internal post between the two Cambridge offices
