Are you a hands-on, proactive individual with a passion for maintaining high standards? We are seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our established team in Cambridge. This is a mobile role covering multiple prestigious sites, offering the opportunity to make a real impact in the local community while taking pride in your work.
Role Overview
- Annual Salary: £26,000
- Location: Cambridge area (mobile role)
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Driving License: Full UK Driving License essential (to operate company vans)
Key Responsibilities
- Lawn care and grass cutting
- Regular weeding, including weed-killing treatments
- Seasonal pruning, deadheading, and maintaining plant beds
- General caretaking tasks such as cleaning and light maintenance
- Litter picking and leaf removal
- Testing emergency lighting and fire alarm systems (training provided)
- Conducting Planned Maintenance activities (e.g., light switch checks, lamp replacements)

While previous caretaking experience is not essential, a background in caretaking, cleaning, or similar roles would be advantageous. We’re seeking someone who:
