Join Our Team as a Head Concierge in London! Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people's day-to-day lives? We're looking for a proactive Head Concierge to join our dynamic team in a super prime development. If you’re committed to maintaining high standards in a high-end environment and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.
Location: London, W11
Annual Salary: £35,000-£40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours/Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Exceptional Resident Experience: Deliver the highest standards of customer service, creating a welcoming, professional and personalised experience for our residents and their visitors.
- Relationship-Building: Build trusted relationships with residents through excellent communication, discretion, attentiveness and a proactive approach to service.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance emergencies to resident issues, and escalated concerns as needed.
- Building Management: Supporting the Building manager with duties as and when required as well as being the senior member of staff on site in their absence.
- Team Management: Responsible for supporting, overseeing and managing the work of the Concierge, Maintenance, Cleaners and other on-site staff/contractors.
- Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
- Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Safety Checks & Security: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a Head Concierge (or equivalent) in the residential industry is highly advantageous but experience as a Concierge in the residential property industry is essential.
- Experience in a Luxury Hotel/Residential Development is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
