We’re looking for a proactive Development Administrator to join our team on site and help keep everything running smoothly. Annual Salary: £35,000
Hours/Working Pattern: 8:30am-5pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide frontline communication via phone, email, and correspondence. Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, following company protocols. Take ownership of tasks, ensuring issues are resolved and followed through. Prepare and send letters, notices, and mass mailings to residents and leaseholders.
- Data & Systems Management: Keep our database and online portal accurate and up-to-date. Manage hard and soft copy files, ensuring everything is scanned, tagged, and filed correctly.
- Compliance & KPI Monitoring: Support the Development Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators. Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently applied.
- Maintenance Coordination: Communicate with contractors for reactive maintenance and raise purchase orders. Monitor service delivery and follow up on overdue tasks. Assist with Health & Safety actions to ensure timely completion.
