Join Our Team as a Concierge in London! Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people's day-to-day lives? We're looking for a proactive Concierge to join our dynamic team in the heart of London.

Location: London, EC1V - Please ensure you live within a 45/60 minute commute from the site.
Annual Salary: £31,000
Hours/Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm
What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
- Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns as needed.
- Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
- Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring smooth communication and pick up.
- Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
- Safety Checks: Look out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
- Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
Additional Responsibilities: The concierge team will act as first responders to the swimming pool area in an emergency. Full training will be provided but you must be comfortable getting in the swimming pool and with your head being under water.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
