We’re looking for a dedicated Security Officer to take pride in protecting the estate and supporting a high-quality living experience through excellent service and a proactive approach.
Role Details:
- Location: London, EC1V
- Annual Salary: £30,960
- Hours/Working Pattern: 7am-7pm, 4 on 4 off
What You'll Be Doing:
- Carrying out regular patrols of the estate, including car parks, walkways, gardens, and internal corridors
- Monitoring and reporting any health and safety or security concerns
- Managing access control and visitor sign-ins, including contractors and service personnel
- Logging incidents and maintaining accurate records in the security log
- Supporting the concierge team with day-to-day operations
- Ensuring all keys are signed in/out correctly and securely stored
- Upholding company policies and procedures at all times
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience in a high-end customer service or security environment; confident handling of sensitive or confidential information; working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and procedures
- Skills & Behaviours: A calm, professional, and respectful approach; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player who’s proactive and detail-oriented; committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment; culturally aware and sensitive to the needs of others
Essential: A valid and in-date SIA License (must be maintained throughout employment)
