Encore is hiring a Night Concierge in Salford (M5), Manchester. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining high standards, and ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.

Base pay and schedule

  • Location: Salford - M5
  • Annual Salary: £28,000
  • Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm–7am

What You\'ll Be Doing

  • Welcome and assist residents and visitors, handle queries, and help with maintenance requests.
  • Address issues promptly (maintenance, emergencies) and escalate to the building manager when needed.
  • Conduct regular site checks, verify IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain safety.
  • Handle and record resident deliveries to ensure smooth communication and pickup.
  • Keep the concierge area and lobby presentable.
  • Perform safety checks on site, assist with fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance residents’ experience.

What You\'ll Bring

  • Experience as a concierge is a plus, but strong customer service or security background is valued.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
