Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you enjoy making a difference in people\'s day-to-day lives? We\'re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Concierge to join our dynamic team in Manchester.
If you’re committed to maintaining high standards and resolving issues efficiently, this role is perfect for you.
Location: Salford -M5
Annual Salary: £28,000
Hours/Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7pm-7am
What You\'ll Be Doing:
Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.
Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and elevate concerns to the building manager as needed.
Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents ensuring a smooth communication and pick up.
Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
Safety Checks: Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol, Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
What You\'ll Bring:
Experience as a concierge is a plus, but a strong customer service or security background is equally valued.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Health & safety qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
A positive, can-do attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle responsibilities with care.
